Your Booking

Please remember that the 'CONTACT US' form on the website is not a binding agreement to reserve the Villa. However we will do everything we can to fulfil your request. We will respond to you to advise you whether you can reserve the dates requested. 
After making a reservation with us, the party leader must complete our booking form (we will provide you with this) and sign on behalf of all members of the party that these booking conditions together with our general information have been read and accepted. 
The Villa L&B is booked solely for the use of the guests named on the booking form. Due to Occupation and Safety regulations, the maximum occupancy as advised by us (6 people) must not be exceeded. 
To confirm your booking, we will require a deposit (it's refundable - as will be confirmed during the booking process) within 7 days of our verbal or emailed confirmation of your arrangements (unless arranged otherwise during the booking process). A higher deposit may be required for premium dates or for longer stays exceeding 4 weeks. 
Your booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit and completed booking form. At this point you will be sent a CONFIRMATION INVOICE. No further invoicing will be issued from us, therefore please take notice of the BALANCE DUE DATE.

Paying the Balance

The balance of your rental cost is payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival in Tobago. Where this is not done we reserve the right to cancel the booking and also deduct cancelation charges.
If you book within the 4 weeks of the intended stay full payment is required at the time of booking.

Price Guarantee

All prices are subject to change without notice. However rentals paid in full at the time of booking will not subject to change or surcharge. 
What's Included
You have the right of use of all facilities included at the Villa L&B. A broadband internet connection is available for your use and comes at no extra charge.
There is a housekeeper who is responsible for the property when the house is not occupied - however you will be responsible for the cleanliness of the property during your stay, and its up to you to change and wash the linen and towels (supplied) during your stay.
Changes to the way the housekeeper works can be made at the pre-booking stage. If you require her services as a cook and maid these will reflect in the pricing.

Security Deposit

We understand that accidents can happen. With this in mind we do ask you to inform management (details for that given at booking) of any defects or breakages as soon as possible - You will be required to pay for damages or replace ments as soon as possible to avoid inconvenience to you for the rest of your stay, and for the minimization of trouble to future guests. 
The $500 TT security deposit (CC, Travelers Cheqes) is payable beforehand and will be refunded on your departure after an inspection by the property agent.

Changing your Booking

An amendment to a booking may incur a charge.
Changes within 8 weeks may result in additional cancellation charges.
If we change your booking
In the unlikely event that it may be necessary for us to do so, we do reserve that right, however we will inform you as soon as possible and if possible will offer you the choice of accomodation of a similar standard, or refund all monies paid to us except in cases deemed 'force majeure'. 
(Force Majeure includes but are not limited to events such as war, hurricanes, earthquakes, air transportation strikes and nuclear or natural disaster.)

Changeover Day

Villa L&B is available for you at 4PM (1600 Hours) on the day of your booking. We do ask that you leave it as close to the clean condition you received it in. If it is your last day with us we ask that you vacate the property promptly at 11 AM (1100 hours) to give the staff ample time for further housecleaning.

Security

It is important that you have adequate and comprehensive insurance cover for you and all members of your party. Villa L&B and its owners and its agents accept no responsibility for any death, illness, or loss or damamge to property or vehicles however caused.

Conduct

Your security is directly linked to the way you conduct yourself during your stay in Tobago. Villa L&B will not tolerate gross misconduct from anyone while they are on the property. We reserve the right to terminate your stay for indiscretions which include but are not limited to wilful damage to property, extreme noise pollution, violence, aggression and breaking the law.
